The presence and noise in CCD sensors are mainly as follows: First, dark current noise. Because the thermal motion in the output will form a certain amount of dark current, because it is not affected by the external light, so almost all CCD sensors will be affected by this dark current noise, sensitivity and dynamic range and other performance has a great impact; There is a certain amount of output noise when the signal charge conversion is carried out by floating capacitor, which always has an effect on the output of the signal, which hinders the digital mode conversion of the image acquisition card or the image processing accuracy of the image processing center; The potential trap produces photon noise sources when collecting the charge of the optical signal, which is determined by the properties of photons, and in general, this noise is relatively serious under low light conditions; The amount of photoelectric charge generated per unit of time makes a small fluctuation in the mean, that is, the formation of scattered noise, which will become the main noise when other noise is suppressed by various methods under low light and low contrast conditions.
